Registration Issues

Q1:My username is not accepted.

Usernames must consist of 6-20 alphanumeric characters and start with a letter. It's possible the username you entered is already registered. Please check and change your username to meet the requirements, then reapply.

Q2:I'm not receiving the verification code via SMS.

First, please double check that the mobile number you registered is correct. Also, having call/message blocking enabled can prevent SMS delivery, so please check that setting as well. If you still don't receive it after checking, contact live chat.

Q3:How do I change my password?

After logging in, go to "My Page" → "Account" → "Change Password" to update your password.

Q4:I forgot my password.

If you forgot your password, please contact live chat.

Q5:What steps are needed to close (deactivate) or freeze my account?

To prevent misuse, we only allow one account per person/household. Therefore, you cannot delete your account. However, if you contact live chat, we can process an account freeze request. Per our system, this is handled as an account freeze, but the account cannot be reactivated unless you contact us again.

1. To process an account freeze, please provide the following information via live chat.
  1. Username
  2. Full Name
  3. Registered Mobile Number
  4. Reason for Account Freeze

2. Once verified by the relevant department, your account will be immediately frozen. To reactivate a frozen account, simply contact live chat, and we will promptly assist you.

Q6:Is it possible to create multiple accounts?

To prevent misuse, only one account Is permitted per person, household, address, family, and IP address. If we detect multiple accounts, they may be closed without warning. Please be advised.
